Sensor Temperature Logs are for when you want to be able to prove to an auditor, third party, or internal food safety/ops person that your food was within (or above/below) acceptable temperature bounds throughout the day, and if it wasn’t, you can then identify that the exception was recorded and subsequently corrected.
