How To: Add/Create ingredients? (Admin)

*Important: When making any changes please close and reopen the app to see the new changes/edits. 
If you are not the Ingredient Catalog Owner you will want to create your own ingredient if you want to edit any information on it and disable the old ingredient you no longer want/need.

If this is greyed out, you are the Ingredient Catalog owner. If it is not greyed out you will be able to choose from the drop-down arrow.

*Please note the character limitations for Labels: 

  • 2x1 - 1 line, 18 Characters Total if a word exceeds this on the first line, it will automatically go down to line 2 in order to not cut off a word in the middle.
  • 2x1 - 2 line, 18 Characters Total
  • 1x1 - 1 line, 18 Characters Total if a word exceeds this on the first line, it will automatically go down to line 2 in order to not cut off a word in the middle.
  • 2x1 - 2 line, 18 Characters Total
  • 1x1 - 2 line, 18 Characters Total

How to Create Ingredients for Labels: 

To add an Ingredient for Zenput Labels, click on Labels from the Dashboard.

Each label has the following information: Name, Category, and Expiration details for the Received, Prepped, and In-Use stages.

 From the Labels page click on the blue 'Create Label' on the top right of the Labels section.
Click._on_create_label.png 

For each stage, you can select from a few different types of expirations (or have no expiration for that stage): Date on Package, Calculated Date, Calculated from Date on Package, and Two Step.

After you make your selections, the Example box on the right will show you exactly how this product will be calculated with the settings you chose.

Make sure to click the green 'Save' to save your changes.
