Customized Report Exporting

If you would like to export information on only specific questions for all or specific teams here's how to do this: 

  1. Click on 'Reports'

  2. From the reports view, click on 'Create Report'
  3. Select which of your forms you would like to build your report for. In this example, we are running a report on a daily haacp log. Once you've selected the form you would like to report on click the 'Create Report' button. 

  4. From the forms list view report page, set the filters to the parameters you would like to view (Team, Date submitted, Location, etc.) 
  5. Next, to create your customized report, use the drop-down arrow next to 'Select Questions'. Here you will set the specific question on the form that you would like included in your report and click 'Done'. (In the example below I am just concerned about the four questions) 

  6. Once the questions for your customized report have been set, select 'Export (Selected Columns)' on the top right-hand side. 

  7. You will see a green message "Your report will be emailed to you shortly".  Export.png

  8.  The email will include a link for you to click and download to your device. 

The report will only include the four questions I selected in the steps above, along with what store location submitted it, what date, time, and where it was submitted. As well as a submission link to follow. 


To save & schedule to receive the customized reports on a recurring basis:

  1. Follow steps 1-6 but instead of clicking Export you will click on 'Save'. 

  2. The Save Report window will appear, where you can name the saved report and either schedule a report to be emailed.
  3. Select the 'Schedule Email' tab, then select the frequency you would like to receive the report. (Yearly, Monthly, Weekly or Daily)Screen_Shot_2019-10-07_at_11.11.58_AM.png
  4. After you select the frequency you will receive the report to repeat you can proceed to choose what day of the week everyone receives the report, as well as who to send the report to. (Role, User Name or E-Mail address),
  5. Make sure to choose the 'Selected columns' option and click 'Done' to save your report.


PLEASE NOTE: If a field that is used to send reports is deleted from the form the saved recurring report will ALSO be deleted.
