Troubleshooting steps to take if you have stuck form upload/submission

We have released an in-app update (v114) for Android and iOS that updates our zenput://send_data link to send us more information about what users have queued for upload.


  • For iOS users enter it into Safari, or write it in the Notes app and then tap it to open the link.

  • For Android users it is a little more complicated and works best when clicking the link from a website (SMS, email, etc. won’t work). 

  • After opening the link, users should be taken into the app, and they should see a green success message.

  • After completing these steps it is important that you write into our support team and let them know so we can make sure the submissions are attributed properly.
