How to: Update your notification settings from the Web-App

If you are not receiving emails or push notifications and know you should be receiving notifications this is how you can update your settings.

*Please note: Notification settings are on an individual user basis. 

You can receive a notification when a task is assigned when a task is coming up, due, or overdue, when a task is completed, or comment notifications- one would need to make sure these settings are set up accordingly. 

Step 1. From the Dashboard click on your name on the bottom left-hand side.


Step 2. Select "Profile Settings" 

Step 3. Select "Notifications" 


Step 4.  From the Notifications screen, you can choose from the drop-down what option works best for you and click "Update" and you're all set.

*We recommend using both Push notifications & Emails where possible, not all fields are able to send Push notifications & Emails.
