How to: Adding forms from the Brand Hub (Admin)

  1. From the web-app, click on 'Brand Hub'
  2. Click on the form you would like to add to your account.Screen_Shot_2019-02-28_at_10.40.15_AM.png
  3. Click on 'Add to My Account' at the top right-hand corner. Screen_Shot_2019-02-28_at_10.41.31_AM.png
  4. Here you will get dropped to the form editor where you can make edits like the removing of 'Copy of'
  5. Click on 'Back to Forms', and you will be able to search for the form you just added from the Brand Hub.

You're all done! 

Troubleshooting steps: 

  • If you experience a blue screen when trying to view the form please perform a hard-refresh.
