Resetting a user's password in Zenput (Admins only) (Video)

Please note: Only Zenput admins can reset the user's passwords. 
Also, once a password is reset for a user, this will automatically log anyone signed in with the previous password out. 

 

Change password

  • From the dashboard go to 'Users', find the user you whose password you would like to change
  • Click 'Edit User'
  • From the Edit User window, click on 'Change password'
  • Type the new password and click the green 'Change password' button to save your changes. 

Resetting password

  • From the dashboard go to 'Users', find the user you whose password you would like to change
  • Click 'Edit User'
  • From the Edit User window, click on 'Reset password'
  • To reset the password 'Click on reset password'
