If you want to resend an invitation here is how to do this.
Please note that if a user has not "accepted their invite" there is no password to reset, so a password reset link will not arrive. Please see article links below on how to accept the invitation.
- From the web-app go to Users
- Then search or select the name of the person that has "Invitation Sent" under Date Joined.
- Click on Invitation Sent, confirm that you want to resend the invitation to the user and a new invite will be sent to the user.
