Navigating the Zenput Dashboard

Our goal for the new Mobile Dashboard is simple -- to give you better visibility into the work that is being completed by your teams and at your stores.

Here are its main components, with descriptions of each area detailed below.

Team- The Team tab is where you will find your tasks, an overview of your teams, and their work and performance.

Summary- The Summary shows you an overview of your team’s work (similar to what you see on the Web Dashboard). This view will give you important information like ‘Current Tasks’, ‘Task Completion Rate’, and more.

Tasks- The Tasks tab in the new Mobile Dashboard is similar to the current task page on the mobile app, which simply shows outstanding tasks at a given store.

Recurring- The Recurring tab gives an overview of your team's progress on each recurring project. For each period (daily, weekly, monthly), you can see what work your team is completing and what it is not.

Team Detail: *Note: Team detail only available to users who have Manager or Admin permissions

Team is where you will find the information for your team, and any other teams you oversee. In addition to team tasks and completion rates you will find "my tasks" conveniently at the top to help you quickly navigate to any work assigned to you.

If you are responsible for other teams in Zenput, scrolling down will show you those teams performance. Selecting the name of the team in their respective card will bring you to a new summary page, with the selected team's information and performance displayed. If you need to go back, select the back arrow in the uppermost left corner of the screen.

You can also search for specific teams to view this data for by selecting the dropdown.

(Ex. Region 1 - Sally in the blue bar at the top of the screen) and selecting the team that you wish to view.
