Benefits of the Email Field in a Form

When an issue occurs at a location, the email field gives your team the vehicle to inform the appropriate person immediately. This closes the communication gap internally, as well as between partners and vendors.

Picture this...

  1. A district manager is filling out an audit at one of your locations. During the visit, they identify that a product is out of stock.

  2. Instead of just making a note of it and contacting the vendor later, the district manager uses the email field directly on the form.

  3. The email field gives the user direct access to their address book. From there users can add in one or multiple contacts with just a few easy clicks.

  4. After the district manager submits the form, a copy is sent to the addresses in the email box. The problem is communicated to the right person, and a fix can be set in motion.
