How to Submit Forms
- When you open up your Zenput app you will be brought to your Zenput dashboard. If you are a submitter, you will see your tasks bar. If you are a manger or admin, they will see your task bar, as well as the team task bars below. *Managers and admins can choose which team's information they see by selecting the team name at the top of the screen in the blue bar and searching for the name of the desired team.
- Click on the three bars in the top left of your screen in order to bring out the menu.
- Select "My Forms" to view the list of forms that are currently being shared with you. Note: *if you do not see the form you are looking for, it has probably not yet been shared with you. Contact your company's Zenput admin and make sure they add you to the list of users that have access to the form you are searching for.
No Forms have been distributed yet. These forms have been distributed to you.
- Start filling out the form by clicking on answers, entering text, number questions, and/or snapping photos.
- When you are finished with the form, select Submit.
- All data is sent to your company in real-time.
