How to: Fill out forms on a computer?

If you don't have access to a mobile device, you can still fill out forms on your computer.

Note: We strongly recommend filling out forms on mobile devices because that is where the mobile app was meant to work best.

Additionally, you cannot take or insert photos or videos into submissions from a computer if your form does not allow for photos to be chosen from a gallery only taken from the native app.

How to fill out a form from your computer:

1. Start by typing or copying and pasting the following link into your web browser's URL window: www.zenput.com/mobile/ 
   - make sure that when the page loads, the URL is correct.
   If the browser takes you to zenput.com, make sure to add the '/mobile/' ending.
   
2. Log in using your email and password.
   
3. Once logged in, go to the ☰ menu and select 'My Forms', just as you would on a mobile device.
   
4. Select the desired form, fill it out, and click the 'Submit' button.
