How do I reset the password on my mobile device?

Forgot your Zenput password? Here's how to reset it: 

Reset your password on your phone

  1. Go to your Zenput App. Under the green 'Login' button, click on 'Forgot Password?'
  2. This will open a 'Password Reset' page in your mobile browser. Enter the email address associated with your Zenput account and click “Reset Password”.
  3. After you click 'Reset Password', you will get an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. 


Note: If you access Zenput through a web browser, go to and follow the instructions above to reset your password.
